Hey Team,

So it has been 5 months since we have been a team, we have had a few performances, but none of them as important as the ones we are about to give.  We’re down to the final stretch. 10 days away from deciding how long our season will be. In 10 days 2 things will happen either we come out as losers which Jalwa has now done for 3 years, or we come out as Undisputed NNR champions. In these 10 days the amount of effort we put into practice will decide if the Jalwa season ends on March 5th at Jhoomti Shaam or whether it goes on till late April at Bollywood America. We’re asking you in these 10 days to show us why you’re on Jalwa, why you were chosen out of over 80 people that tried out, put forth every dose of energy, expression, everything you got in these 10 days.  Our work has been cut out for us. Multiple teams have fallen and many have left the dance circuit. Five bids have already been decided and we have two opportunities to get ours. If we look at the odds, NNR is the perfect place to get that win Jalwa needs and to earn the title of elite. It’s your hard work and dedication that will allow Jalwa to be known as the team that pulled the biggest upset in fusion history, of taking down toronto, then sapa/nasha and whoever else follows. Do what you have to do to get going, to get motivated in practice. I watch the Khalsa Junction promo video before every practice which defines my purpose on this team, listen to whatever song, watch whatever video, pray, read this email everyday, do what you have to do. Watch the Bollywood America trailer it says it all, 9000 in the audience and nationally televised.  We have people from everywhere chanting for us. People from other teams are pumped for us, people from the west coast are saying on DDT they want us to take JS, many have even predicted us to be in the BA lineup, and it is our obligation not to let all these fans down.  We have an amazing mix, we have an amazing routine, and all we have to do is execute it amazingly well.  These 10 days will hands down be the most important 10 days of this season, and yes the pressure is most certainly on.  In these 10 days, come together as 18 strong.
