Hey guys so for quest 2009 I chose to do a rap album

I titled it WORD PLAY because to me rapping is all about how you play around with words to emphasize lyrical content. The music is pretty good and my rhymes are decent. I may not be the greatest rapper but it’s just a fun thing I wanted to do. It’s up to you guys to take it seriously or not or you can just think it’s a joke and laugh, it doesn’t bother me. But please give it a listen, I have dedicated the album to the Class of 09.

The four tracks are
1. Cookin with Brooklyn (I take great pride in being from Brooklyn so I thought I’d rap about it)
2. A Trilli (Lil Wayne made a milli, Jay-Z a billi, so I decided to do a trilli)
3. In the Ditches (This is for all you ladies.)
4. Graduation (This song is for the HHS Class of 09, listen closely to the lyrics.)

Also I know for a fact my voice isn’t great, but listen closely to the words, I feel my lyrics mean a lot more, so even if my voice sucks, it’s the words and music that matters to me most.

I’m just trying to get this album out to you guys, I don’t expect any fame, any glory or anything but I just felt like sharing my project with you people, especially Class of 09, the last song.

I’m posting up my tumblr link because all the songs are on it, so just spread it around share it with family and friends and please give me any feedback, negative or postive, haters and critics are always appreciated.

So yeah, just give it a listen and if you really like it I’ll burn you a copy of the 4 song album.

I always dreamed of becoming a rapper and making an album and even though this may not be taken seriously by some of you people, I know that I accomplished my dream.
